Description

A new generation liquid frying oil based on two oils: high-oleic sunflower and rapeseed. It is characterised by a very long frying time and high effectiveness, which helps to lower the cost of preparing fried products. High smoke point allows to work comfortably and limits the disrupting smell. Unique composition of the highest quality vegetable oils, without hydrogenated fats, trans isomers, preservatives or GMO. The neutral taste and aroma of the frying oil makes it suitable for frying all sweet and salty confectionery products, helping to bring out the natural flavours of the ingredients used.

CHARACTERISTICS:

  • High smoke point – above 230°C.
  • High resistance to the reactions occurring in fats during the heating process to high temperatures.
  • At least 2x longer frying time in comparison with the palm oil frying fats and 4x times longer in comparison with rapeseed oil.
  • Above 70% of monounsaturated fatty acids that are good for health and resistant to high temperatures, without any hydrogenated fats or GMO.
  • Low fat absorption by the fried foods.
