Scezenou ka\u0161i zalijte horkou vodou, p\u0159idejte \u0161petku soli a va\u0159te na m\u00edrn\u00e9m ohni asi 20 minut &#8211; dokud se voda nevs\u00e1kne. P\u0159endejte do n\u00e1doby, ve kter\u00e9 bude pozd\u011bji mixovan\u00e1 a nechte vychladit. Kokosov\u00e9 hobliny vlo\u017e\u00edme do trouby p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9 na 180 \u00b0 C, pra\u017e\u00edme dozlatova &#8211; asi 5 minut. Do hrnce nalijte kokosov\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, p\u0159idejte agar, vanilku a kokosov\u00fd cukr &#8211; v\u0161e dob\u0159e prom\u00edchejte. P\u0159ivedeme k varu a va\u0159\u00edme 1 minutu. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby agar nevytv\u00e1\u0159el hrudky. Do j\u00e1hlov\u00e9 ka\u0161e p\u0159idejte hork\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko spolu s citronovou k\u016frou a kokosov\u00fdmi hoblinami.
