V\u0161echny dezerty pojily 2 skute\u010dnosti \u2013 obsahovaly modern\u00ed a u n\u00e1s m\u00e9n\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9 a vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 suroviny, jako np. lik\u00e9r Passoa (brazilsk\u00fd n\u00edzkoalkoholick\u00fd ovocn\u00fd lik\u00e9r) , rub\u00ednovou \u010dokol\u00e1du \u010di k\u0159upavou texturu od firmy Callebaut .Druh\u00fdm poj\u00edtkem v\u0161ech dezert\u016f byla stejn\u00e1 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed slo\u017eka \u2013 p\u011bna na b\u00e1zi smetany, \u017eelatiny, \u017eloutk\u016f , cukru, vody a u\u0161lehan\u00e9 \u0161leha\u010dky. Poka\u017ed\u00e9 jinak dochucen\u00e1 velmi chutn\u00fdmi ingrediencemi :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dezertu Passoa lik\u00e9rem Passoa, pyr\u00e9 z marakuji a b\u00edlou \u010dokol\u00e1dou<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Amaretto lik\u00e9rem Amaretto a ho\u0159kou \u010dokol\u00e1dou<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Green Tea \u010dajovou esenc\u00ed z zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje s citrusov\u00fdm aroma , ovocnou vodkou a b\u00edlou \u010dokol\u00e1dou<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Rubby rub\u00ednovou \u010dokol\u00e1dou a Campari<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>V\u0161imli jste si, \u017ee v ka\u017ed\u00e9 unik\u00e1tn\u00ed receptu\u0159e mistra se objevuje alkohol ? V mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed se jedn\u00e1 o obl\u00edbenou mistrovu surovinu, kter\u00e1 dod\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fdrobku jemn\u00e9 aroma.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nDezerty byly v duchu trend\u016f obohaceny o ovocn\u00e9 vlo\u017eky p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 z vi\u0161n\u00ed v gelu u dezertu Passoa ,pyr\u00e9 z \u010dern\u00e9ho ryb\u00edzu v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dezertu z rub\u00ednov\u00e9 \u010dokol\u00e1dy a malinov\u00e9ho pyr\u00e9 u dezertu z zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje. Nebyl by to mistr, kdyby na m\u00edst\u011b nepopustil uzdu fantazii a jeden z dezert\u016f neobohatil je\u0161t\u011b o dal\u0161\u00ed k\u00e1vovou vlo\u017eku na z\u00e1klad\u011b spont\u00e1nn\u00edho rozhodnut\u00ed.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nI mistr se u\u010d\u00ed cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Jeliko\u017e n\u00e1s b\u011bhem \u0161kolen\u00ed prov\u00e1zelo tepl\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed , znamenala ru\u010dn\u00ed temperace \u010dokol\u00e1dy a v\u00fdroba \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fdch hoblinek pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch do korpusu dezertu velkou ztr\u00e1tu \u010dasu. Proto mistr pou\u017eil hotov\u00e9 hoblinky Callebauta byl velmi mile p\u0159ekvapen dosa\u017een\u00fdm estetick\u00fdm efektem, kter\u00fd s\u00e1m ne\u010dekal.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\nT\u0159e\u0161ni\u010dkou na \u201edortu\u201c , v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b na dezertech, byla p\u0159\u00edprava dekorac\u00ed. Co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te mandli obalen\u00e9 v karamelu na dezertu Amaretto nebo k\u0159ivce z \u010dokol\u00e1dy na Green Tea , vyroben\u00e9 na vrstv\u011b kakaa? A nebo se V\u00e1m l\u00edb\u00ed pr\u016fsvitn\u00e1 dekorace z karamelu na dezertu Rubby ? Dopln\u011bn\u00e9 o \u010derstv\u00e9 ovoce jsou dezerty pastvou pro o\u010di. A dle n\u00e1zoru cukr\u00e1\u0159ek i pro chut\u02c7ov\u00e9 poh\u00e1rky.<br \/>\r\n<br \/>\r\n\u0160kolen\u00ed prob\u00edhalo ve velmi tv\u016fr\u010d\u00ed atmosf\u00e9\u0159e. Cukr\u00e1\u0159ky nejen zpov\u00eddaly mistra ,ale vym\u011b\u0148ovaly si zku\u0161enosti mezi s sebou. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, kdy\u017e m\u011bly mo\u017enost vyu\u017e\u00edt p\u0159\u00edtomnost dal\u0161\u00edch cukr\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch autorit.
